Lisa has worked in healthcare for 34 years. She received her LPN from Lake Area Technical College and spent 20 years as a nurse before moving into leadership. She received her Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration from Capella University and worked at both Sanford Health and Mankato Clinic before spending the last nine years at ODHC. Lisa is passionate about aligning clinical and administrative processes to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and create a responsive team-based care environment. “I am inspired by our clinic’s mission to serve people with compassion and dignity. I am energized when building systems that make care more accessible and equitable. I am motivated when collaborating with our diverse team of professionals who share a deep commitment to community health. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing patients feel empowered, heard, and supported – especially when the system works as it should to lift barriers and meet people where they are.” When she is not at work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her spouse, four children, and one grandchild, as well as volunteering in her community.
