SCOTT COUNTY INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTER TO HOST GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR NEW MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY

Shakopee, MN – Scott County is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for its highly anticipated Integrated Health Center, an event marking a major milestone in the county’s commitment to addressing mental health challenges in the community. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, April 15th, at 3:00 PM, at the construction site of the new facility, located at 1615 Weston Ct, Shakopee, MN 55379.

The ceremony will feature remarks by prominent figures, including U.S. Congresswoman Angie Craig, along with state and local leaders, and esteemed health professionals. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about the vision for the Integrated Health Center, and the unique collaboration between Scott County, St. Francis Regional Medical Center, Allina Health, and Open Door, that will improve access to critical mental health resources in Scott County.

In addition to serving as a health care resource, the project underscores a broader investment in the well-being of the community. Scott County Integrated Health Center invites community members, stakeholders, and media representatives to attend the groundbreaking ceremony. This event offers a unique opportunity to hear from leaders in the field, celebrate the start of construction, and learn more about the center’s mission to foster a healthier, stronger community.
