School-Based Health Centers in Mankato Area Public Schools
A School-Based Health Center (SBHC) is a clinic located within the school system. Open Door Health Center has two SBHC locations in partnership with the Mankato Area Public Schools (MAPS).
A licensed medical provider will staff both locations during operating hours to offer healthcare services to MAPS students, staff, and their families.
For behavioral health and dental care, patients will be referred to our Mankato clinic at 309 Holly Lane.
Available Services
Most insurance plans are accepted.
Sliding fee based on household size and income available to uninsured and underinsured.
No one is turned away based on inability to pay.
