Open Door Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides quality, affordable healthcare services across southern Minnesota and in Eastern Carver and Scott Counties. Open Door Health Center’s services – including medical care, behavioral health care, dental care, legal assistance, and insurance enrollment assistance – are a critical safety net for individuals and families as we aim to eliminate health disparities and increase access to culturally competent health care.

Please join us for our Networking Reception and discussion! We are excited to share plans to expand services in Scott and Eastern Carver counties and connect with local leaders about our efforts.The networking event will include a short program, musical entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, and a cash bar. Your support and donations help us continue providing access to comprehensive, integrated healthcare services for families and individuals in Scott and Eastern Carver counties, regardless of insurance coverage or ability to pay.
