Emily is a three-time graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato who has worked in communications in some capacity for 23 years. Her favorite part of working at Open Door is talking with people at events and meetings about the great work her colleagues do to ensure no one goes without care in our community. Emily spends her free time reading, writing, consuming all the visual media she can handle, volunteering with other nonprofits, and spending time with her kids, spouse, and dog.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
