Lisa has worked in healthcare for 34 years. She received her LPN from Lake Area Technical College and spent 20 years as a nurse before moving into leadership. She received her Bachelor\u2019s in Health Care Administration from Capella University and worked at both Sanford Health and Mankato Clinic before spending the last nine years at ODHC. Lisa is passionate about aligning clinical and administrative processes to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and create a responsive team-based care environment. \u201cI am inspired by our clinic’s mission to serve people with compassion and dignity.
