Meghan is a graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato with 18 years of experience in mental health. She has spent more than three of those years at Open Door, helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and loss. She uses EMDR, ART, CBT, mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic therapy. Meghan focuses on the interconnectedness of patients\u2019 mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, and she is happy to be part of a team that is so invested in bettering the lives of individuals and communities. When not working, you\u2019ll find her reading, doing puzzles, DIYing home projects, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
