The Open Door Culture: Founded in Mankato, Minnesota in 1994.

Our team is both competent and compassionate, sharing a vision to provide health equity for everyone. All ODHC employees are focused on providing access for the underserved, we make a difference in the lives of those we treat. We serve approximately 11,000 patients each year, providing much-needed medical, dental, and behavioral health care. Our patients represent many diverse cultures. We offer translation in dozens of languages through certified video interpreters. 

Mankato, Minnesota is located just over an hour south of the Twin Cities. The Greater Mankato metropolitan area (MSA) has approximately 97,000 residents. The cost of living is well below the national average and the lowest of any MSA in Minnesota. There are 5 colleges within the area and approximately 26,000 students in total. In addition, residents enjoy miles of bike trails, parks, lakes, and wildlife.
