Employee Benefits

Benefits to full-time and part-time employees are as follows and are available on the first day of the month following completion of one full month of employment.  Benefits for full time staff include PTO (paid time off) and holidays, as well as employer-subsidized healthcare coverage. All employees are offered preventive dental care, on-site medical, and restorative dental care at discounted rates.

We also offer an opportunity to participate in a retirement plan and in a Health and/or Dependent Care FSA or a Health Savings Account. Additionally, we offer an opportunity to purchase voluntary insurance coverage (that may include Short Term Disability, Accident, Critical Care, Hospitalization and Whole Life, etc.) Open Door’s benefits program changes from time to time and the benefit plan documents provided to employees define our benefits in greater detail.

Open Door Health Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Open Door Health Center receives HHS funding and is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C 254b, and is deemed a Public Health Service employer under 42 U.S.C. 233 (g)-(n)
