Welcome! Open Door Health Center believes access to health care is a basic right. Open Door is a non-profit organization providing affordable health care on a sliding-fee scale to low-income, uninsured and under-insured people in southern Minnesota.

Medical, dental, medication assistance and behavioral services are available.

Our highly trained team of health care professionals includes doctors, nurses, dentists, and dental hygienists. We offer culturally sensitive care and an interpreter is available for non-English speaking patients.
