(Frequently Asked Questions)

Question:   Do you have Immigration Physicals?

Answer:

(Updated February 2016) Our employees are uniquely equipped to work with immigrants and refugees. However, at this time we do not have a civil surgeon on site to perform the necessary physicals and vaccination reviews. It is our intent to continue these services once we have a civil surgeon on our team. We welcome you to call our community health team if you have questions.

Question:   How does your Dental Waiting List Work, and can I get on it?

Answer:

Our dental program is in high demand, so we have developed a waiting list process for our new dental patients.

The names of all new dental patients will be placed on monthly waiting list that starts over at the beginning of each month.  To be placed on the list, please call us and provide your full name, date of birth, a valid daytime phone number, the location at which you would like to be seen (Mankato, Gaylord, Marshall, or Worthington), along with any insurance information you may have.

If you have not received an appointment date by the end of the month in which you called, please call again early in the following month, and ask to be placed on the list again, and leave the same information as above.

Sometimes our phone number shows up as private or unrecognizable. If you do not answer our call, we may choose to call the next person on the waiting list rather than leaving a message in your voicemail. We use the waiting lists to fill cancellations that occur, and we give priority to urgent needs and also to children.
