Clinic Services - Mankato

At Open Door Health Center, we provide family practice medical care, comprehensive dental care, access to behavioral health services and several assistance services, such as medication assistance and interpreting services.  Behavioral health services in the primary care setting include crisis management, case management services, and referrals for continued care.

We serve everyone - there are no restrictions based on locale, age, gender, ethnicity, language, economics or citizenship.

Our clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Medical

Our family practice doctors, nurse practitioners and nursing staff offer excellent care, including:

  • Prevention: Check-ups for everyone – infants to seniors
  • Physical examinations – school, sport and employer physicals also
  • Immunizations – baby, child and flu vaccinations
  • Pediatric services
  • Prenatal and postnatal exams
  • Well woman exams:  Sage Screening Program (breast and cervical cancer)
  • SagePlus (heart-health program)

We offer behavioral health services in the primary care setting, crisis management, case management services and referrals for continued care.

Medication Assistance

We work on behalf of Open Door Health Care patients who have trouble affording prescription medications, with:

  • Assistance completing forms to obtain prescribed medication
  • Access to special programs to find free or reduced price prescribed medication
  • Assistance with scheduling an exam for people that have not been seen by one of our providers
