Open Door Health Center is a non-profit organization providing affordable health care to people with private insurance, Medicare, Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare and a sliding-fee discount scale for uninsured or patients with high deductible insurance, based on income and other factors. Our skilled and caring staff provide Family Practice Medical Care, Comprehensive Dental Care, Integrated Behavioral Health Care and Medication Assistance for all ages. We serve everyone - no restrictions based on where you live, age, gender, race, language, economic or citizenship factors. Interpreters are available for Spanish-speaking patients. We provide quality service at our clinic in Mankato, and through our Mobile Health program that travels weekly across southern Minnesota.
